The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room itself was perfect and very comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to the center and Vatican. The staff treated me incredibly well and went above and beyond to assist with my lost luggage.

The bed was comfortable, ensuring we had a good night's sleep.

The check-in process was a bit inconvenient as there was no 24-hour front desk and we had to call the host to let us in. This resulted in some time spent ringing the doorbell and disturbing the neighbors.

The rooms were really nice and had a great design. I loved the spaciousness and the balcony, perfect for smokers or those who want to enjoy a meal outside. The room was well-equipped with a minibar, kettle, safe, hair dryer, and TV. The owners were friendly and helpful. The breakfast, if included, was served at a nearby bar and the bartenders were very friendly.

The elevator was really old and needed to be replaced, but I understand that it's not something the owners can easily solve. The neighborhood was a bit far from the main attractions, but buses were easily accessible.
